Through a declaration made on the Chancellery website OMP on November 24th, 2021, and with no opposition from the Ministry of Justice, Ms. LAGORE Delphine, married TARABON, formerly salaried notary at SELAS DNA Paris, pursued her functions as salaried notary, from February 14th, 2022, at DNA Haussmann.
There, she joined Jean-Marie DURAND, whom she shares a similar background in great Parisian Offices with, to consolidate and develop this structure’s institutional department.
As a committed, tenacious, legal technic enthusiast, she masterfully brings together the rigor and availability this type of Notarial work requires.

Before joining DNA Groupe in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges on February 1st, 2021, Judith LERMAN was a Public Officer in Paris (19e).
According to Art.17 of decree n°93-82, promulgated on January 15th, 1993, as Judith LERMAN had left her public officer duties as Notary less than a year before, she was able to reclaim them by simply submitting a declaration to the Chancellery.
Since she wasn’t within the Créteil High Court jurisdiction, she had to be sworn in (again), by mail, on June 30th, 2022.
Easy-going, empathetic and enthusiastic, Judith LERMAN wanted to return to the roots of her vocation, especially regarding a more direct, all-round and humane customer contact, which the suburbs ensure, and which is the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges Office’s trademark.

As the Group would not be here without its collaborators, management wanted to share with them, in advance, the brand’s platform and its new identity.
On a bright, sunny day, everyone got aboard the SAPHIRE for a morning seminar followed by lunch and a cruise.
This launch’s highlights were President Jean-Marie DURAND’s speech, and the brand presentation by the HAVAS et Compagnie Agency, one of DNA Groupe’s partners.
They reminded everyone that DNA Notaires wanted to bring its clients back to the core of its activities.
This concept, though simple at first glance, commits DNA Groupe to a true cultural shift and a brand new, entrepreneurial, approach to its organisation.
To put the spotlight on its clients and bring it to an innovative notarial practice, changing identity was necessary to reinforce and express the DNA of the Groupe.
Together with a Paris Tradition menu, this moment of conviviality and cohesion ended on the (re)discovery of the banks of the Seine.

The name changes began in the suburbs in 2018 to render more explicit the geographical positions of the Offices, and were therefore firstly:
- 31/07: DURAND NOGUEIRA becoming DNA Villeneuve-Saint-Georges
- 03/08: NOGUEIRA ASSOCIES becoming DNA Yerres
The desire to expand the newly established brand to all the Groupe’s structures was confirmed in 2021 by the Parisian structures associates, and approved after assemblies:
- 21/05: JAMET SAVALE became DNA PARIS
- 28/06: POISSON GAILLARD became DNA Haussmann
More than a name change, this meant the completion of a new organisation, which had begun in 2020, with moves of founding associates and the appointment of a Villeneuve-Saint-George salaried notary as associate in Yerres.
By the June 11th, 2021, decree, published in the Official Journal on June 25th, 2021, the associate notaries in activity in each of the daughter structures are as follows:
- DNA Haussmann : Jean-Marie DURAND
- DNA Paris : Anthony SAVALE
- DNA Villeneuve-Saint-Georges : Jean-Baptiste NOGUEIRA
- DNA Yerres : Aurélia TETILLON

Hired as an intern for a fixed-term contract, Mathieu GNANHOUE rose through the ranks, from employee to executive, while pursuing his studies on the side.
He was appointed salaried notary in Olivier JAMET’s and Anthony SAVALE’s Parisian Notary Office by a decree issued on January 8th, 2020, which was published in the Official Journal on January 21st, 2020.
He took his oath as notary in front of the Paris High Court on February 5th, 2020.
His family, together with Maître Anthony SAVALE and his colleagues, overcome with emotion, attended this solemn swearing in ceremony and celebrated with a reception.
Anthony SAVALE, who had been the first to know this enthusiastic, athletic, communicative, and positive young man whom he accompanied through the notarial world up until his swearing in, took the opportunity to proudly remind everyone of his journey with a personal and emotional speech.

The Growth and Liberty law (n°2015-990), passed on August 6th, 2015, aimed to establish equal economic opportunities, and create more professional activity by overcoming obstacles, fostering investment, and developing employment.
Title I on mobility, business, and conditions for the exercise of regulated professions, facilitated professional activity, and partly eased the establishing of notaries.
Jean-Baptiste NOGUEIRA, notary in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges since March 3rd, 2011, applied and was randomly chosen to establish his Office there.
He was nominated and transferred from the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges Office to the Yerres Office by a decree issued on 12th April 2018.
After several months of looking for premises and getting them ready, he finally began his activity and received his first act: a promise to sell.
This promised the Groupe a new, more extensive and diversified offer of services.

The French law on the modernisation of judiciary and legal professions (n°2011-331), passed on March 28th, 2011, allowed SPFPLs (financial participation companies for liberal professions) not to be exclusively owned by members of the same profession as the SELs (daughter companies, Private Practice Companies), so long as the SPFPLs did not possess the majority of voting rights within the SELs’ capital.
The opening to inter-professionality also allowed SPFPLs to own parts of companies within the notarial profession.
DNA Groupe President Jean-Marie DURAND seized the opportunity presented by this legal context, and intended to go the as far as he could in this type of ownership, creating the first capitalistic integration group answering to a holding, and a subsidiary companies’ system (mother-daughter regime with over 95% ownership)
Hence why DES NOTAIRES ASSOCIES – D.N.A saw the light of day on November 8th, 2018, merging four notarial Offices, three of which already existed (two in Paris 8ème: SELARL JAMET SAVALE, 98 boulevard Haussmann and SELAS POISSON GAILLARD, 85 boulevard Haussmann, and one in VILLENEUVE SAINT GEORGES: SELARL DURAND NOGUEIRA, 10 place Pierre Sémard) and the other was created in YERRES, Essonne.
This was the beginning of a new company!
